Testimonials

“In a group yoga session with Naz, one of our friends had a wrist injury and Naz was careful to amend the routine so it could accommodate for her injury whilst including everybody else. I found this attention to detail very mindful and professional. At the end  of the session, we all let loose and were encouraged to tune into a liberating sense of self autonomy”– Justine

“A deeply gentle and powerful session. Naz’s teaching offered plenty of space for me to explore and subtly challenge the limits of my chronic fatigue without overstepping my personal boundaries. Checking in with my body at the beginning of the session made me realise how disconnected I’d become. By the end of the yoga, I found how much more comfortable my body felt, like I fitted together properly for the first time in a long while”. Nancy

“Breathwork felt like the pillar of the session and I found it incredibly powerful to feel my body be filled with oxygen like it never has been before”. – Will

“I really enjoyed both group classes and one to one sessions with Naz. Yoga benefited me a lot when I was going through grief and I always felt more settled and in tune with my body and mind after the classes. Naz was happy to make adjustments for my visual impairment like describing poses using more detailed language and meeting me at a bus stop before the session and walking me back to the stop afterwards. I hope to start yoga classes again in the next few months”. Dave
