Healing Vibrations

Sound healing is a complementary therapeutic practice that promotes deep relaxation and balance through soothing vibrations and frequencies.

Nazan's sessions weave in her voice, mixed with self-written songs & poems, breathwork, guided meditation, and the resonant tones of 432Hz chakra crystal bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and a Tibetan bowl.

*Some instruments may be gently applied to the body

A room full of mats, and props, spaced out. The room is modern, bright, spacious. There are plantsright at the back, along with coloured chakra crystal bowls, and a beautiful altar in front of it. The altar has a mother earth orament on a little pillow, and there is a reef surrounding her. In front of this ornament, there are oracle cards laid out.
